Welcome to #FORDzathon, the latest series beginning on Thursday, January 5 in Forza Horizon 5. With four weeks of Ford themed events and rewards, don’t miss out on this celebration of an iconic American manufacturer, where you can also score new and returning cars from MG and Renault.
Remember that you can discuss the Festival Playlist rewards and content over on the Forza Forums and post ideas for new game features and upvote cars that you’d like to see introduced in the future on our official Suggestions Hub.
Series Rewards available until Thursday, February 2 includes:
- 80 PTS: 2021 MG MG6 XPower
- 160 PTS: 1965 Hoonigan GYMKHANA 10 Ford Hoonicorn Mustang
The 2021 MG MG6 XPower is a new-to-franchise, front-wheel-drive, 1.5-liter turbocharged plug-in hybrid that delivers 300 horsepower and can reach 62mph in just six seconds. MG’s racing legacy is cemented all over this car with its aggressive ultra-wide body aerodynamic kit and carbon fiber rear spoiler. Built for rugged, durable and extreme driving, the MG6 XPower features wide grippy tires, unique elastic suspension, large shock absorbers and a stiffer spring stabilizer bar, so it’s the ideal machine for your next Forza Horizon 5 adventure. And if that’s appeased your appetite, look out for a race car variant to unlock in next week’s Autumn “Storm” season.
In our Monthly Rivals, set your fastest lap time on the Horizon Baja Scramble while behind the wheel of the 2017 Ford #14 Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing GRC Fiesta. Meanwhile, on Emerald Circuit, Forza EV showcases the incredible all-electric 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E 1400, developed in collaboration between Ford Performance and RTR Vehicles, founded by Formula Drift champion Vaughn Gittin Jr.
This week’s rewards are available until Thursday, January 12 and feature a Renault Megane that’s returning to Forza, as well as a Dually Custom Hot Rod for your next Hot Wheels adventure:
- 20 PTS: 2010 Renault Megane R.S. 250
- 40 PTS: 1949 Hot Wheels Ford F-5 Dually Custom Hot Rod
Get behind the wheel of one of Forza Horizon 5’s cover cars in the Built Wild Forzathon Weekly Challenge. The 2021 Ford Bronco features a 2.7-liter twin-turbo EcoBoost V6 and a 10-speed automatic transmission that allows it to take on the Baja 1000 and even drive over the world’s most treacherous terrain!
Those earned Forzathon Points can be spent on the latest stock in the Forzathon Shop, which includes the 1986 Hoonigan Ford RS200 Evolution and the 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 302, as well as the “Goalll” Car Horn and the USA Race Gloves.
